Instead their aim is to improve the process of training, rather than simply going out running. Others runners seek ways to balance their training so that running enhances, rather than detracts from, their lives.

We succeed. Each week, and each part of the training cycle, builds towards your goal. You’ll enjoy the feedback that will help to keep you focused. You’ll welcome the manageable challenge that will provide the right training stimulus at the right time.
We celebrate. When you smash your goal, we celebrate! You’ll have that tremendous feeling of satisfaction that you have achieved what you set out to do. Don’t be surprised if you’ve achieved more that you ever thought possible. I have warned you!
The above coaching package is £50 per calendar month. This includes your weekly plan, your weekly coaching conversation, unlimited email or message support, and the smug glow of satisfaction from knowing you are getting better!
